The Branson Housing Authority (BHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The BHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The BHA offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the BHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 320 W Main St., Branson, MO 65616, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (417) 334-4236 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, call the BHA office at (417) 334-4236 during normal office hours.
