The Catskill Mountain Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please Note: This housing authority does not have a family public housing program.This housing authority offers four communities dedicated to seniors, and two communities dedicated to senior/disabled individuals. For a complete listing of all the different communities, you can follow this link.There are two ways to apply for public housing:1. Request an application be mailed to you, by calling 518-943-6700, during normal office hours.2 Stop by the housing authority office to pick up an application, located at  448 Main St., P.O. Box 473, Catskill, NY 12414, during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, proof of assets, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.More information can be found by visiting the housing authority website at http://cmhdc.org/, or they can be reached with any questions you may have, by calling 518-943-6700, during normal office hours.
