The Roanoke-Chowan Housing Authority (RCHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The RCHA offers seven Public Housing communities with 378 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply: Visit the RCHA in person, between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm, Monday-Wednesday.
