The Oliver Springs Housing Authority (OSHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The OSHA offers one Public Housing community with 113 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the OSHA to pick up an application, located at 113 Wagner Ct., Oliver Springs, TN 37840, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, you must call the OSHA to set up an application interview at (865) 435-1711 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present at the interview.The OSHA does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the application is received.For more information, the OSHA can be reached by calling (865) 435-1711 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
