The Lincoln County Housing Authority (LCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The LCHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The LCHA offers one Public Housing community with 20 units for senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the LCHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 402 S Park Dr., Tomahawk, WI 54487, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (715) 453-4233 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The LCHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the LCHA office at (715) 453-4233 during normal office hours.
