The South Portland Housing Authority (SPHA) is accepting Senior or Disabled Section 8 Project Based Rental Assistance waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments for Mill Cove apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 4, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Mill Cove - located at 10 Soule St, South Portland, Maine.

Please note: According to the SPHA "Applicants must be 62 years of age or older; OR Disabled."

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Returned to the SPHA office, located at 100 Waterman Dr, Suite 101, South Portland, Maine 04106.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $41,450 | 3 Persons $53,250
• 2 Persons $47,350 | 4 Persons $59,150

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Residency (live or work in South Portland)
• Veterans
• Victims of a federally declared natural disaster

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
