The South Portland Housing Authority (SPHA) is accepting Senior (55+) waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Ridgeland Estates, Ridgeland Gardens and Jocelyn Place apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 4, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Ridgeland Estates - located at 109 Ridgeland Avenue South Portland, ME.
• Ridgeland Gardens - located at 101 Ridgeland Avenue South Portland, ME.
• Jocelyn Place - located at 41 Little Dolphin Drive Scarborough, ME.

Please note: According to the SPHA "Applicants must be 55 years of age or older."

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Returned to the SPHA office, located at 100 Waterman Dr, Suite 101, South Portland, Maine 04106.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Residency (live or work in South Portland)
• Veterans
• Victims of a federally declared natural disaster

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
