The Port Arthur Housing Authority (PAHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Valley View Estates from the earliest confirmed open date of August 23, 2023, until further notice.
To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application in person at the Valley View Estates management office, located at 5801 N. Twin City Hwy, Port Arthur, TX 77642.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
