As of July 2017, the Tallassee Housing Authority (THA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
To apply:
Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the THA office to schedule an interview to return the pre-application at (334) 283-2801, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The THA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.
