The Clarksville Housing Authority (CHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications for all bedroom sizes are being accepted, since at least August 1, 2019, until further notice.

The CHA Public Housing program has 173 units.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Visit the CHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 605 W Lucas St., Clarksville, AR 72830, during normal office hours.
  2. Call (479) 754-3564 to request an application by mail, during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly, disabled, working 20 or more hours a week, or full time students.
