  • 4 Persons $52,150 | 8 Persons $68,850

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Involuntary Displaced (disaster, government action, action of housing owner, inaccessibility, property disposition, victims of domestic violence); or
  • Live in Substandard Housing
  • Are or have Elderly/Disabled/Handicapped Family Members (disabled/handicapped as defined in Section 223 of the Social Security Act).

500 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
