Section 8 HCV Waiting List Status: Closed

The New Castle County Community Development and Housing Division (NCCCDHD) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for one day in February 2015, prior to that in 2009. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.


Applications were only accepted only by a phone call to the NCCCDHD office.
