To apply for public housing you must visit the housing authority to pick up an application, located at 465 Friend Terrace, Pahokee, FL 33476, during normal office hours.

When you pick up the application at the office, they will set you up with an appointment to return your application. Be sure to have these original documents at the time of your appointment: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, proof of any assets, copies of bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
