Public Housing Waiting List Status : Open

The Housing Authority of the City of Clayton (HACC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.


The HACC offers three Public Housing communities with 98 units for families and senior disabled individuals.

To apply, visit the HACC to pick up a pre-application, located at 393 Shadyside Drive, Clayton, GA 30525, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm EDT, Monday-Thursday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the HACC to schedule an interview at (706) 782-6467, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.

Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The HACC does not have a preference. 

Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the application has been received.
