Public Housing Waiting List Status : Open

Affordable Housing Online is tracking the status of the Housing Authority of the City of Thomson Public Housing Waiting Lists. This is what we know as of our most recent update September 1st, 2015.

The Housing Authority of the City of Thomson (HACT) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled households.

Please note: This waiting list is only open for families and senior/disabled households who qualify for a 3-4 bedroom unit.

To apply, visit the THA to complete a pre-application, located at 219 Pecan Ave., Thomson, GA 30824, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, on Wednesdays only.

The following documentation is required of all members of the household: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, verification of all income, Photo ID (if 18 years old or older).

The THA has stated it will announce further openings in The McDuffie Progress.
