The Carroll County Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and elderly/disabled individuals.


This housing authority has one elderly/disabled community with 50 one bedroom units, one family apartment community with 24 units with 2-4 bedrooms, and 60 row homes scattered throughout Carroll County.

To apply for public housing you can stop by their office that is located at 525 3rd St., Savanna, IL 61074, or have an application mailed to you by calling 815-273-7081, during normal office hours.

Once you have completed the application it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.  Please be sure to include copies of birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members, with your application.

Housing Authority Annual and 5 Year Plans
