The Housing Authority of Jefferson County (HAJC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications until further notice.
There are two ways to apply:
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address above, or mailed to Housing Authority of Jefferson Co., PO Box 1547, Mt. Vernon, IL 62864.
There are no preferences.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application has been received.
