The jurisdiction of SJCHA is the RURAL area of St. Joseph County, IN. (towns of Walkerton, North Liberty, Roseland, Lakeville, New Carlisle, Osceola, Granger, and any five (5) digit street address in the rural area of St. Joseph County). 
  • Disabled
  • Elderly
  • Veteran
