The Housing Authority of Middlesborough (HAM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAM offers three Public Housing communities with 462 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the HAM to pick up a pre-application, located at 310 S. 38th St., Middlesboro, KY 40965 during normal office hours.2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling 606-248-1940 during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed to P.O. Box 977, Middlesboro, KY 40965, or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, food stamp award letter if applicable, and bank statements.No preferences were noted.For more information, call the HAM office at 606-248-1940 during normal office hours.
