Section 8 HCV Waiting List Status: Opening Soon

The City of Thibodaux Office of Housing & Community Development (CTOHCD) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list will be open for five days, between June 8, 2015 and June 12, 2015.


Please note: This application must be submitted in person only at the CTOHCD office between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm on the dates listed above. 

If a person cannot fill out the application on their own because of age or disability, the must send someone to the office on their behalf. 

The CTOHCD has noted these preferences: extremely low poverty, elderly, disabled.

After the preferences have been sorted, the CTOHCD will select applicants by random lottery. 200 applicants will be selected.
