The Prince George's County Housing Authority (PGCHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.


Please Note: This housing authority does not have a public housing program for families.

The PGCHA offers eight apartment communities with 372 units for senior/disabled individuals.

To apply for public housing you must visit the PGCHA office to pick up an application, located at 9200 Basil Court, Suite 107, Largo, MD 20774, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.

The PGCHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Prince George's County.
