The Bath Charter Housing Commission (BCHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.Please note: The BCHC does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled individuals.The BCHC offers one Public Housing community with 30 units for families, ranging in size from 2 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply: 1. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed to you by calling 517-641-6244 during normal office hours.2. Visit the BCHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 14379 Webster Road, Bath, MI 48808 during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The BCHC does have a preference for: Homeless or employed.For more information, the BCHC can be reached by calling 517-641-6244 during normal office hours.
