The Bedford Township Housing Commission (BTHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The BTHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The BTHC offers one Public Housing community with 97 units for senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the BTHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 8745 Lewis Ave., Temperance, MI 48182, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (734) 847-3950 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.For more information, call the BTHC office at (734) 847-3950 from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
