The Hillsdale Housing Commission (HHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The HHC does not offer Public Housing for families.The HHC offers one Public Housing community with 60 units for senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (517) 439-1210 during normal office hours.2. Visit the HHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 45 N West St., Hillsdale, MI 49242 during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the HHC to schedule an application interview at (517) 439-1210 during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with your pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HHC does have a preference for: Senior and disabled individuals.For more information, the HHC can be reached by calling (517) 439-1210 during normal office hours.
