The Iron County Housing Commission (ICHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.Please note: There is currently no waiting list and apartments are available.The ICHC offers once Public Housing community with 123 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the ICHC to pick up a pre-application, located at210 N. 3rd St., Crystal Falls MI, 49920, during normal office hours.2. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The ICHC does not have a preference.
