The Manistee Housing Commission (MHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applciations for families and senior/disabled individuals.The MHC offers three Public Housing communities with 204 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the MHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 273 Sixth Avenue, Manistee, MI 49660 during normal office hours.2. Download the pre-application here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, it can be:1. Mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.2.
