The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Warren (HRAW) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HRAW offers one Public Housing community with 74 units for families and senior/disabled individuals, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.There are three ways to apply: 

  1. Visit the HRAW to pick up a pre-application, located at 411 N 4th Street, Warren, MN 56762, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed or emailed to you by calling (218) 745-4858 during normal office hours.
  3. Download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.  
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above, or emailed to warhra@warrenhra.com.No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HRAW can be reached by calling (218) 745-4858 during normal office hours.
