The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Clarkfield (HRAC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled/single occupancy/double occupancy households.


The HRAC offers one Public Housing community with 32 units for senior/disabled/single occupancy/double occupancy households.


There are two ways to apply

  1. Visit the HRAC to pick up a pre-application, located at 1012 12th Avenue, Clarkfield, MN 56223, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed or emailed to you by calling (320) 669-4648 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.


Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, proof of all income, bank statements, verification of all assets, birth certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.


The HRAC does have a preference for disabled or elderly applicants.
