The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Eveleth (HRAE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HRAE offers one Public Housing community with 34 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply: 

  1. Visit the HRAE to pick up a pre-application, located at 902 Clay Court, Eveleth, MN 55734, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (218) 744-1010, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, proof of all income, birth certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HRAE can be reached by calling (218) 744-1010 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
