The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Waseca (HRAW) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The HRAW has a maximum occupancy of four people for the two bedroom units.The HRAW offers onePublic Housing community with 60 units for families and senior/disabled individuals, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply: 

  1. Visit the HRAW to pick up a pre-application, located at 308 2nd Avenue NW, Waseca, MN 56093, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (507) 835-1753 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The HRAW does have a preference for: Elderly, or disabled individuals.For more information, the HRAW can be reached by calling (507) 835-1753 during normal office hours.
