The Anderson Housing Authority (AHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for general occupancy.


The AHA offers one Public Housing community with 46 units for general occupancy, ranging in size from studios to 1 bedroom.


There are two ways to apply

  1. Visit the AHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 500 Tatum St., Anderson, MO 64831, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (417) 845-6351 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.


No documents are needed at this time.


The AHA does have a preference for: Senior or disabled applicants.
