The Marshall Housing Authority (MHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.Marshall, MO is about 80 miles east of Kansas City, MO.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the MHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 275 S Redman Ave., # 1, Marshall, MO 65340, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request a pre-application be mailed to you by calling (660) 886-9664 from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, Photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The MHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the MHA office at (660) 886-9664 from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
