To apply, Pick up the pre-application at the Richmond Housing Authority Administrative offices, located at 302 N Camden St, Richmond, MO 64085.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
