The Richmond Housing Authority (RHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. This waiting list is open indefinitely.

To apply, Pick up the pre-application at the Richmond Housing Authority Administrative offices, located at 302 N Camden St, Richmond, MO 64085.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  1. Elderly
  2. Disabled
  3. Live and work locally

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by order of preferences.

According to the RHA, “The waiting list wait time can vary between 2-5 years.”
