The Belmar Housing Authority (BHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please Note: The BHA does not have family public housing.The BHA offers one public housing community with 50 units dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the Municipal Building to pick up an application, located at 601 Main St., Belmar, NJ, during normal office hours.2. Download an application here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the BHA, located at 710 8th Ave., Belmar, NJ 07719.The BHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: substandard housing, homeless, involuntarily displaced, or rent burden.More information can be found by visiting the BHA website, or by calling 732-681-1795 during normal office hours.
