This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Township of Montclair, New Jersey.
The Montclair Housing Authority (MHA) will accept Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications beginning on June 15, 2024, according to an April 19 report by Talia Adderly of the Montclair Local News. The close date has not yet been confirmed. This is the first time the waiting list has opened since 2007.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
