Open Until Further Notice: Silver Run Park Apartments Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Penns Grove, New Jersey.

The Penns Grove Housing Authority (PGHA) waiting list for 2-Bedroom Public Housing apartments at Silver Run Park is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least January, 2020, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

  1. In person at the Penn Towers, located at 40 South Broad Street, Penns Grove, NJ 08069. Only during the business hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
  2. Print the online paper application here.

The following documentation is required, as stated by the PGHA: "birth certificates, social security cards, photo ids, and proof of income for all household members. All persons over the age of 18 must sign the application and release forms."

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed or dropped off in person to the Penns Grove Housing Authority, 40 South Broad Street, Penns Grove, NJ 08069.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

This waiting list is for Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance in Penns Grove, New Jersey.

The Penns Grove Housing Authority (PGHA) waiting list for Senior/Disabled Public Housing apartments at Penn Towers South is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least January, 2020, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period: 

  1. In person at the Penn Towers, located at 40 South Broad Street, Penns Grove, NJ 08069. Only during the business hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
  2. Print the paper application online.
  3. If the applicant lives outside of Salem County, contact the PGHA to request an application by mail. According to the PGHA, Applications will only be mailed in the event the applicant lives outside of Salem County."

The following documentation is required, as stated by the PGHA:

  • Photo Identification
  • Citizenship proof"
