The Trenton Housing Authority (THA) is may be accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families.
Please note: According to the THA "Apply For Public Housing" page, "Trenton Housing Authority's family applicant wait list is now open." However, the online application states "Trenton Public Housing List, Family Waiting List Currently Closed." Usually, when a waiting list is closed, the online application does not allow you to click the check box to apply to that waiting list. However, we were able to click the check box and continue to the next page to apply. We have contacted the THA to confirm the status of this waiting list, and will update our page when more information becomes available.
The THA offers nine Public Housing communities with more than 1,900 units for families and senior/disabled households. Information about each property can be found here.
