This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Millville, New Jersey.

The Vineland Housing Authority (VHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Oakview Apartments is currently open.

The VHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from January 2, 2019, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

  1. Print the paper application available here. Select the "Download PDF Application to Apply for Oakview Apartments PBV" link.
  2. Pick up an application from the VHA office, located at 191 W. Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360, Monday though Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the Housing Authority of the City of Vineland Administrative Offices, 191 W. Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360.
