To apply, visit the HACL to pick up a pre-application, located at 1605 S 4th Street, Lovington, NM 88260, from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm MT, on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm, on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

Please note: If no one is in the office, place the pre-application in the slot that is located in the front door.

Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, proof of all income, birth certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
