The Perry County Metropolitan Housing Authority (PCMHA) is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications. This waiting list is open indefinitely.Please note: The current wait time for a voucher is approximately one to two years.To apply,  you must visit the PCMHA office in person to pick up an application, located at 26 Brown Circle Dr., Crooksville, OH, during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, and Photo IDs for all adult household members.The PCMHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: elderly, disabled, living and/or working in Perry County, veteran, employed, victim of domestic violence, or homeless.For more information, the PCMHA can be reached by calling 740-982-5991 during normal office hours.
