The Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least October 2019, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, download and print the paper application online. Scroll down and select the "Download Application" link under the "Voucher Program" column.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either dropped off in person or mailed to the Miami Metropolitan Housing Authority, at 1695 Troy-Sidney Rd, Troy, OH 45373.

The income limits for each household size can be found on the application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Veterans.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
