The Housing Authority of the City of Shawnee (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The current wait time for Public Housing is approximately six months.The HACS offers three Public Housing communities with 442 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply: 1. Visit the HACS office to pick up a pre-application, located at 601 W. 7th St., Shawnee, OK 74801, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (405) 275-6330, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed to P.O.
