The Wyoming County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (WCHRA) of Wyoming County, PA is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications.

To apply, you must visit the WCHRA to apply in person, located at 133 SJ Bailey Road, P.O. Box 350, Nicholson, PA 18446, during normal office hours. No documents are needed at this time. Be sure all adult household members are present at the time you are completing the application.

The WCHRA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Wyoming County.

Please Note: Out-of-county applicants have an approximate six year wait on the waiting list. In-county residents have an approximate one year wait.
