The Housing Authority of Marion (HAM) is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications. This waiting list is open indefinitely.


To apply, visit the HAM on the 7th through the 26th of each month on MondayTuesday, or Thursdays between the hours of 8:15 am and 11:15 am; and 1:15 pm until 3:30 pm to submit an application in person.

Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The HAM does not have a preference
