  • HOH, spouse, or co-head has worked at 9 months in the 12 months prior. Family whose HOH is elderly or disabled. Family with both a HOH and either a spouse/co-head is elderly or disabled
  • A veteran is a person that served in the active military, naval, or air service who was discharged/released honorable. A surviving spouse of a veteran who has not remarried.
  • Bowie, Camp, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Morris, Red Tiver, Titus, Upshur, Wood.
  • The applicants self-certify the options that apply to them (homeless, victim of domestic violence, or Hope First participant).
  • Families living in SAFE T
