This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Cross Plains, Texas.

The Housing Authority of Cross Plains (HACP) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments for Buffalo Crossing from the earliest confirmed open date of March 21, 2024, until further notice. 

There are four ways to apply while the waitlist is open,

  1. Print the paper application.
  2. Call Kristen Boggs at 254-725-6116 to request an application.
  3. Email cpha@txol.net to request an application,
  4. Pick up an application in person at the HACP office, located at 233 N. Main St, Cross Plains, TX 76443. 8:00 am to 12:00 pm CT.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be either:

  1. Returned to the HACP office, address mentioned above.
  2. Mailed to Cross Plains Housing Authority, P.O. Box 487, Cross Plains, TX  76443.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
