Please note: According to the HAMV, there is "no current availability".

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Pick up an application from the HAMV, located at 944 Kaufman St, Mt Vernon, TX 75457. Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am, until 4:30 pm CT.
  2. Call (903) 537-4452.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
