There are two ways to apply:

  1. Complete the application at the HAW office, located at 301 Beauty Lane, Whitesboro, Texas 76273, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CT.
  2. Pick up an application at the HAW office located at the address above during office hours.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either dropped off at the HAW office at the address above, during office hours.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
