The Greenwich Communities (GC) last accepted Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Armstrong Court Phase II from June 16, 2022, until August 31, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.
